Secure Will Storage Key Services

Our optional storage service provides safe and secure storage of your Will document and a copy for you to keep.

We will also (with your consent) write to your executors to advise them where your Will is stored.

Should you create Lasting Power of Attorney with us then for no additional fee we will add these into storage along with your Will for safe keeping.

Storage is onsite in our premises in a secure strong-room.

Our annual fee for Will storage is £20 per Will.
 

Unlimited Updates

If your Will is stored with us, all future changes that you wish to make to your Will are completely FREE OF CHARGE.

Please note: If additional work is carried out resulting in the creation of a Trust within the Will a further cost will be incurred.
 

Storage Certificate

To ensure easy retrieval of your Will either by yourself or your executors, we provide you with a Certificate of Deposit (COD) which confirms your Will is stored securely with us. Your Certificate of Deposit is then required at the point of retrieval as evidence of ownership.
