Secure Deed Storage

The Deeds to your property are very important documents and whilst no longer required (if your property is registered at the Land Registry) for selling your home, do provide an accurate guide to covenants and the history of ownership of the property. Many people wish to secure this for the future.

We charge a one off fee of £75 to cover our administrative costs of scanning your Deeds to a secure file. They are then placed into the secure storage along with your Will and Lasting Power of Attorney if you have created one.
